Job Title: Factory Helper

Lauzon Planchers Bois Exclusifs inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Factory Helper to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our factory.

Responsibilities:
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products with precision and efficiency.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Operate equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding work requiring hand-eye coordination and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment.
