At Cole International, we are seeking a skilled Customs Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate processing of customs clearances for various types of shipments. This includes data entry, research, and collaboration with trade chain partners to validate and finalize customs entries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customs clearances for shipments
- Collaborate with trade chain partners to validate customs entries
- Ensure accurate and timely customs processing
- Resolve customs clearance issues
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Computer literacy
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry-related studies (CCS, CIFFA, etc.)
- Knowledge of the customs brokerage industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management skills
- Quality orientation - attention to detail
- Customer focus and excellent communication skills
