We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Lali Singh Kalsi. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Work Setting: This role will involve working in the employer's home, providing a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Tasks:
    • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents.
    • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home environment.
    • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
    • Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
    • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all relevant health and safety guidelines.
    • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, promoting healthy eating habits and a balanced diet.
    • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring they get the sleep they need to thrive.
    • Supervise and care for children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
    • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, offering comfort and reassurance when needed.
    • Work Term: Permanent

    • Hours: 40 hours per week
