Hotel Guest Experience Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Hotel Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and storage areas are clean and well-maintained for optimal first impressions.
- Provide direct reports with the resources, direction, coaching, and feedback required for their continuous development.
- Prepare for shifts with well-stocked carts, including approved cleaning and guest room supplies, and ensure equipment is clean and in good working order.
- Vacuum, dust, clean, sweep, polish, and restock guest rooms as required.
- Respect guest property and privacy, adhering to lost and found procedures for items found in guest rooms and public areas.
- Understand and practice all emergency procedures for the hotel.
Requirements
- 6 months experience in a housekeeping position.
- Previous supervisory experience is an asset.
- Attention to detail and pride in a quality job well done.
- Proficient in English.
