  • Upgrading Microsoft Dynamics 2016 to the current supported version
  • Configuring connections to the CRM system
  • Updating and configuring CRM front-end portal solutions
  • Troubleshooting and remedying technical issues for both the CRM system and the front-end portal solutions
  • Translating technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications
