About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Kitchen/Front Staff member at Pizza Karachi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Order Taking and Payment Processing: Enter customer orders accurately and collect payments using our point-of-sale system.
  • Food Preparation and Service: Assist kitchen staff in preparing and serving food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Customer Escalations: Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Restaurant Maintenance: Clean and maintain the restaurant, including tables, countertops, floors, and bathrooms.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and people skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Physically able to perform the duties of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
  • Availability: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
