Dishwasher Specialist

At Montecarlo Restaurant, we are seeking a highly reliable Dishwasher Specialist to join our team. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for ensuring all dishes and equipment are clean and sanitized, maintaining a high standard of hygiene in our kitchen.

• Clean and sanitize all items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a hygienic environment
• Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware to the highest standards
• Place cleaned dishes in storage areas for easy access
• Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand as needed
• Scour pots and pans to remove any stubborn stains or residue

• Reliability: We need someone who can consistently meet deadlines and maintain a high level of performance
• Team player: You should be able to work effectively with our existing staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Ability to multitask: As a key member of our kitchen team, you will need to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
