**Responsibilities:*
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, communicating project status, progress, and challenges, and escalating issues as required.
- Oversee the coordination of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes, working collaboratively with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or interior design.
- At least five years' experience managing facilities projects in a complex institutional environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles, methods, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications, with knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility and adaptability.
