AppleOne is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Representative to join our team. As a key member of our digital communications team, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer comments on social media platforms, providing excellent customer service, and staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and respond to customer comments on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the digital communications team to develop and implement social media strategies.
- Conduct social media analytics to track engagement and make data-driven decisions.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Time Management skills.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and its capabilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and effectively manage resources.
**Work Schedule:**
The Social Media Customer Support team rotates shifts on a weekly basis. Must be able to work every major statutory holiday, aside from Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Weekend shifts run from 10am to 6pm. Weekday shifts run from 8am to 4pm and 11am to 7pm. Need to have open availability to work within these hours.
