Job Summary

MANITOBA INC is seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff
  • Coordinate activities with other departments
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget estimates and maintain financial records
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
Work Environment

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, often standing for extended periods and performing physical activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field

Additional Information:

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor will work 30 to 40 hours per week and will be required to communicate effectively in English.
