This is a 6-month temporary position with a well-structured 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation and 11-hour workdays.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in scaffold design, assembly, and dismantling, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and building scaffolds to meet site requirements and CSA standards
  • Assembling, dismantling, and modifying System (Layer/Ring Lock) and Tube & Clamp scaffolds
  • Ensuring safe work practices and adhering to Task Hazard Assessments
  • Communicating effectively with staff and supervision to ensure expectations are met

Qualifications include:

  • SAIA Scaffolder Journeyperson Certificate or Proof of Hours
  • H2S Alive certification
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS 2020) Certification
  • Common Safety Orientation
  • Energy Safety Canada Certified Fall Protection
  • Energy Safety Canada Certified Confined Space
