Your Role

As a dedicated member of our team, you'll offer expert advice to our customers, providing an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy. You'll get to learn about our products, their origins, and proactively engage with customers to find the perfect fit for their preferences and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Learn and understand our extensive range of natural, vegetarian, and vegan products, sourced through Community Trade programmes that help communities build a better life.
  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers to drive engagement, understand their needs, and recommend products that will make them feel great.
  • Store Performance: Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through exceptional customer service.
