Waterloo, Ontario, Canada AltaML Full time
About Us:
AltaML is a leading provider of AI solutions in North America, leveraging extensive experience in building and operationalizing AI software. We develop our business model through three primary forms: services, reusable IP, and product solutions.

We believe in taking calculated risks, embracing failure as an opportunity for growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who obsesses about the customer and seeks wins across various industries.

We don't hire based on fit; instead, we look for individuals who can add value to our organization. If you're passionate about AI/ML, thrive in a dynamic environment, and enjoy working with a diverse team of experts, we want to hear from you.

About The Role
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with our LogicStream development team, consisting of Machine Learning and Software developers, product managers, and domain experts. LogicStream is a toolkit that enables our delivery team to efficiently deliver advanced generative AI solutions to customers, solving complex problems. This role focuses on pushing the boundaries of generative AI and developing a successful platform product through rapid experimentation, customer deployment, and productization of features.

This opportunity is available for candidates located within the province of Ontario and requires a certain level of face-to-face interaction based out of either our Toronto/Waterloo offices.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the development and lifecycle of our generative AI development toolkit, including building and maintaining the product backlog, leading sprint planning, and capturing epics and user stories.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate a product vision, translate it into a product roadmap, and deliver product releases.
  3. Conduct and crystalize user research to inform feature development and roadmap, and research product trends to stay up-to-date with AI advancements.
  4. Align with our vision to develop our AI developer toolkit strategy, ensuring it meets the needs of our consulting services and supports scalability, faster delivery, and improved margins.
  5. Understand client and business needs by engaging with clients to uncover technical constraints, workflows, and requirements, translating these insights into requirements that enhance our toolkit's value.
  6. Define innovative toolkit capabilities by leveraging your understanding of cloud-native technologies and AI/ML to propose new features and capabilities.
  7. Shape developer-friendly interfaces by collaborating with stakeholders to design APIs and tools that enable efficient use of the toolkit's infrastructure.
  8. Drive delivery by working with the development team to set objectives and milestones to ensure the timely delivery of new components and infrastructure improvements.
  9. Continuously examine and improve our processes to facilitate ongoing enhancements.
What You Bring
  1. 5 Years of experience working as a Product Manager of multiple B2B software products, including platforms and/or SDKs.
