We are a reputable barbershop looking for a skilled hair stylist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch customer service.

Job Summary

The Hair Stylist and Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing a wide range of hair styling services to clients, including cuts, trims, color treatments, and more. They will also be responsible for coordinating appointments, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality hair styling services to clients, including cuts, trims, color treatments, and more.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
  • Analyze hair and scalp condition to determine the best course of treatment.
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair.
  • Clean and style wigs and hair pieces.
  • Suggest hair styles compatible with client's physical features and preferences.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Flexibility, judgement, reliability.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation

$45,000 - $60,000 per year.
