Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise on shelves and in stockrooms, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with finding products, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or stockouts.
  • Store Maintenance: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping floors, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
  • Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, balancing cash, and performing other operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
