Job Summary

As a key member of the Great Canadian Entertainment team, the Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Under the supervision of the Chief Engineer or Track Superintendent, this position is responsible for performing site maintenance while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks as directed by management
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Manage and maintain inventory of parts and equipment, including ordering and stocking supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and guests
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance, including mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and DDC
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
  • Ability to obtain a Gaming License

Work Environment Considerations

  • Standing for long periods of time, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stretching, bending, and non-traditional work hours
