About the Role

This Digital Construction Training Specialist will play a key role in preparing training content and leading employee training sessions on the Textura system. The successful candidate will have experience as a user of Oracle systems, ideally Textura, or any other similar platform, and will possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Actively collaborate in the preparation of training content.
  • Provide a monthly training calendar.
  • Lead employee training sessions on the Textura system.
  • Maintain Textura certification paths.
  • Participate in project start-up meetings.
  • Complete internal checklists to identify and support teams requiring additional coaching and training.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Textura platform across different teams.
  • Participate in the annual review of administrative guides.
  • Maintain the Textura training center.
  • Participate in various continuous improvement projects (FOX or others).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal processes and software updates.
  • Be in charge of the entire Textura learner path; training, coordination, keeping certifications up to date and annual revision of administrative and learner support guides.

Requirements

  • DEC in administration or office management.
  • Experience as a contract administrator or any other similar position.
  • Experience in customer service or a willingness for a teaching approach.
  • Knowledge and experience in the construction field.
  • Fluent in both official languages written and oral (English and French).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • To have a strong interest in training and possess a great ability to explain the subject and share knowledge.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
