We are seeking an experienced Flat Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee mostly commercial roofing projects in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in flat roofing, with a strong focus on SBS and Torch On applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of flat roofing projects from start to finish
  • Lead and manage a team of roofers ensuring high-quality work and safety compliance
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule
  • Communicate with clients and manage expectations throughout the project
  • Manage materials, tools, and resources efficiently
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in flat roofing
  • Expertise in SBS and Torch On roofing systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Commercial roofing experience is preferred
