We are looking for a seasoned expert to join our team as a business banking and lending specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge capabilities and enhancing our operational systems and processes. You will work closely with team members to define the vision and oversee its execution, ensuring efficient delivery within your domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, product management, process management, and/or digitisation/automation projects. They should be able to articulate strategies, set strategic directions, and prioritise delivery initiatives for optimal time-to-value. Experience with managing teams of proficient product experts, product owners, designers, and tech resources in delivery squads is also essential.

  • Demonstrated expertise (6 years+) in marketing, product management, process management, and/or digitisation/automation projects.
  • Ability to articulate strategies, set strategic directions, and prioritise delivery initiatives for optimal time-to-value.
  • Experience with managing teams of proficient product experts, product owners, designers, and tech resources in delivery squads.
