Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial, Communications and Other Business Services

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our business services team at TYM BUSINESS Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability, and lead the team to achieve its objectives.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communications and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties.
  • Operational Management: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the team, including the management of resources, processes, and systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a business services or consulting environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a large workload and high levels of pressure. The role will involve regular travel and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent Oral Communication: The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.

  • Organized: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines.
Language and Work Hours:

The successful candidate will be required to work in English and will be expected to work 35 hours per week.
