About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Flat Rate Warehouses Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating activities with other work units or departments, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, training workers in duties and policies, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize operational logistics to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve common goals
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by ensuring proper maintenance of computer equipment and machinery
  • Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal warehouse operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position that requires 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
