Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Pool Program Manager to join our team at Accreditation Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business performance and ensuring the highest standards of quality in healthcare services.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with excellent operations management and project implementation skills to leverage their technical expertise in evaluating business results. You will work closely with Directors and/or Executive to drive the organization's performance, leveraging your analytical and critical-thinking skills to draw sound conclusions and provide guidance on complex client problems and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching to employees on critical evaluation.
- Oversee the team's work and progress against key dates and milestones.
- Takes a proactive approach in identifying team needs and provides appropriate support.
- Works with people manager(s) to review and analyze the department's direction according to emerging trends and feedback from partners and stakeholders.
- Drawing sound conclusions based upon a mixture of analysis and experience.
- Acts as a key adviser, provides guidance on complex client problems and initiatives, and assists with handling priority issues.
- Demonstrates deep understanding of organizational strategies.
- Anticipates outcomes based on an understanding of organizational decision-making bodies and power relationships.
- Knows and respects the organization's mission, vision, and values.
- Recommends solutions that will benefit the client and the organization.
- Anticipates and responds to changing client needs.
- Leverages analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as Administration or Healthcare.
- 5+ years of progressive and varied experience in client services and business development within the field of healthcare.
- Tried and tested analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills including energy and a positive attitude.
