**Responsibilities and Requirements**

As a Clinical Quality Coordinator at Bayshore HealthCare, you will be responsible for providing senior-level support to our Chief Nursing and Clinical Officer (CNO). Your duties will include:

  • Managing the Clinical/Quality Response Team (CQRT) system, providing first-level contact via email, triaging inquiries to the appropriate team members, tracking for timeliness of completion, following up on outstanding items, and providing data analysis and reports to CNO and management team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics and refreshments, as well as assisting in the planning of onsite team events.
  • Maintaining files in SharePoint and managing complex calendar, scheduling, and logistics to support the CNO and coordinate team meetings.

You will be expected to possess a College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with direct work experience in a Coordinator capacity in a healthcare environment. Superior hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is required. Experience in documentation management systems and client relationship systems would be an asset.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
