Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of workforce planning initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, labour relations, and employee engagement.
  • Use HR analytics to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or legal degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Proven expertise in labour relations and union negotiations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
