The Creative Pastry Craftsman will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation in our kitchen. You will work closely with our team to develop new recipes and menu items, as well as improve existing ones.

• Prepare doughs, batters, and other baked goods from scratch, adhering to strict quality control measures.
• Create visually appealing pastry displays and presentations that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for baking supplies as needed.

• Prior experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role, with a proven track record of producing high-quality baked goods.
• Detailed knowledge of baking techniques, including yeast management, mixing methods, and temperature control.
• An eye for detail and creativity in food presentation, with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ideas.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
