About the Role:The successful candidate will provide administrative support to all levels of management within the Hearing Healthcare Team, focusing on service delivery and administrative tasks related to Speech Language Pathology (SLP) and Audiology (AUD) provincially.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Hearing Healthcare Team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
- Assist with service delivery and coordination, ensuring seamless communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and services, ensuring alignment with CHS's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with the Hearing Healthcare Operations team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services, Humanities, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in a social service agency.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Internet, and Database applications.
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a sense of urgency and ability to handle a pressurized environment.
