Key Responsibilities- Provide practical, business-oriented advice to clients on data protection and privacy matters
- Develop and implement frameworks for data-sharing and safeguarding
- Negotiate contracts and agreements related to data protection and privacy
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and laws related to data protection and privacy
- Admitted and in good standing with a Law Society in Canada
- 5+ years of experience in data protection and privacy law
- Strong knowledge of Canadian, UK, and international data protection and privacy laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Remote work environment
