In this role, you will be responsible for borrower retention and sales programs, focusing on proactive outreach to borrowers to discuss their loan renewal options and provide personalized offers to help them stay with MCAP. You will also work closely with management to gather rate intelligence information and provide feedback on customer opinions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in finance or mortgage services is an asset, but not required. If you are driven, results-oriented, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we encourage you to apply.
