Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at CTC Golf and Turf. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, removing litter and garbage, and operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and rake and collect refuse.
  • Assist with weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Work in various locations, including outdoor settings and potentially in a warehouse or storage area.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and working in various weather conditions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Work Environment:

  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
