Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Industrial Sewing Machine Technician to join our team at PARAM INDUSTRIES. As an Industrial Sewing Machine Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment, as well as supervising other workers and estimating costs and materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in mechanical equipment assembly and repair.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.

Working Conditions:

  • 37.5 hours per week and a permanent contract.
  • English language as the primary language of communication.
