About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Consulting to join our team in this key leadership role. As a manager, you will be responsible for:

  1. Scoping and executing client engagements, working directly with business leaders and their teams on a daily basis.
  2. Developing approaches to best address client needs and helping clients solve issues, remove roadblocks, and achieve success.
  3. Synthesizing findings, developing recommendations, and preparing key deliverables as outputs from our work.
  4. Providing thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas.
  5. Leading business development initiatives to support the growth of the consulting practice.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, etc.).
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in a management or leadership role.
  • Exceptional business writing skills, verbal communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • A proven track record of driving growth and improving service delivery.
