About This Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Consulting to join our team in this key leadership role. As a manager, you will be responsible for:
- Scoping and executing client engagements, working directly with business leaders and their teams on a daily basis.
- Developing approaches to best address client needs and helping clients solve issues, remove roadblocks, and achieve success.
- Synthesizing findings, developing recommendations, and preparing key deliverables as outputs from our work.
- Providing thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas.
- Leading business development initiatives to support the growth of the consulting practice.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Behaviour, etc.).
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting, preferably in a management or leadership role.
- Exceptional business writing skills, verbal communication, and facilitation skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- A proven track record of driving growth and improving service delivery.
