About the Job

We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team at PhoHolic & Grill Vietnamese Cuisine. As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

As a cook at PhoHolic & Grill Vietnamese Cuisine, you will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes for our customers. You will be required to work a 35-40 hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
