Job Title: Specialized Cleaner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialized Cleaner to join our team at ETC Inc.

Job Summary:

The Specialized Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Manual dexterity
  • Attention to detail
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Physically demanding
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

The Specialized Cleaner will work in a variety of locations, including industrial sites and facilities. The work environment will be wet/damp, confined, noisy, and dusty.
