About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Goldsmith/Silversmith to join our team at Pritam Jewellers Ltd. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and prepare necessary materials to demonstrate crafting techniques and create high-quality metal jewellery, utensils, and other objects.
  • Design and craft intricate metal pieces, including jewellery, wall hangings, and other decorative items.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting production targets.
  • Sell products on a retail basis, providing excellent customer service and promoting our brand.
  • Supervise apprentices or other artisans, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills to handle delicate metalwork.
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and create visually appealing designs.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a production or retail environment.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • 40 hours per week with a regular schedule.
  • English language proficiency as the primary language of communication.
