About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team at Diamond Heights Homes Ltd. as a Housekeeping Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to a high standard, ensuring they are clean and free of dirt and debris.
  • Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and fixtures, and polish kitchen and bathroom appliances to a high shine.
  • Vacuuming and Cleaning: Vacuum all carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect all surfaces.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items to the relevant staff members.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Waste Management: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Window Cleaning: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to a high standard, ensuring they are clean and free of streaks and marks.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
