About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our Software Engineering Group. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. Your expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot will be invaluable in driving our technology forward.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, code, and maintain web applications with a focus on high product availability, optimum performance, and security.
  2. Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, construction, testing, reviews, and demonstrations.
  3. Develop and review software requirements, build design documents, write programs, and package, test, configure, and deploy software.
  4. Efficiently perform debugging and unit testing of code before turning it over to Quality Assurance (QA).
  5. Work collaboratively with clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement information technology solutions.
  6. Provide outstanding technical support to client services to determine resolutions for client issues.
  7. Review and build system, software, and functional design specifications efficiently.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in software development. Your expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot is essential in driving our technology forward. In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
