Senior Building Envelope Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Building Envelope Specialist to join our team at Intertek. As a key member of our Building Science Solutions business, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site reviews of work-in-progress construction to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Perform functional performance testing of building envelope components to ensure compliance with building codes.
- Assist in laboratory product testing as required.
- Provide written reports for all site reviews and testing.
- Create and manage punch lists for ongoing projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience and/or commercial construction experience.
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.
- Technical knowledge of building construction and building envelope systems.
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
- Ability to travel and valid driver's license.
