We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Mohammed Mazumder. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services in a safe and nurturing environment.

About the Job

This is a permanent position offering 30-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with children and families.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning tasks.
  • Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Travel with families on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
  • Care for foster children.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development.
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
  • Supervise and care for children.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and flexibility. A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide on-site housing options and participate in programs that support visible minorities.
