Are you a seasoned CNC Programmer looking to leverage your skills in a supportive role? Do you thrive in problem-solving, project management, and customer-facing environments? In-House Solutions Inc. invites you to join our Pro Services Team as a key contributor to our contract programming, manufacturing assessment, and reverse engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onsite and remote discovery/requirements gathering sessions to understand customer needs.
  • Manage complex technical projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.
  • Program complex CNC machining operations using Mastercam software.
  • Provide training, direct support, and lead close-out meetings with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Mastercam software.
  • Experience in programming and operating various CNC machines and controls.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • Demonstrated CAD and MS Office Suite experience.
  • Valid G license and reliable vehicle for travel (70%+ of the time within Southwestern/Central Ontario).
