Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Cleantech Service Group Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our equipment and ensuring that our team members are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on equipment performance, team productivity, and other key metrics.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operated in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members to ensure that deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
