Job Summary

We are seeking a talented 3D Artist to join our creative team at Julie Charbonneau Design Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts and designs for interior spaces using 3D rendering software. Your role will involve collaborating with clients or project managers to understand their design requirements and preferences, then translating these into detailed 3D models and renderings that accurately depict the proposed designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand design requirements and preferences.
  • Create detailed 3D models and renderings of interior spaces, showcasing furniture, fixtures, and materials.
  • Select and source furniture, fixtures, and materials for design projects, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Present design concepts to clients for feedback and approval, effectively communicating design ideas.
  • Make revisions to designs based on client feedback, demonstrating attention to detail and adaptability.
  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design and 3D rendering, continuously improving skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles.
  • Proven experience as a 3D interior designer or similar role, showcasing expertise in 3D modeling software.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray, and Adobe Suite, ensuring seamless design execution.
  • Strong understanding of interior design principles and practices, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning spaces.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, with a strong sense of adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow.
Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a strong foundation in design principles and practices.
