About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Math Learning Centre Director at Mathnasium. As a key member of our centre team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Director in identifying student needs and developing customized learning plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Student Support: Collaborate with the Centre Director to identify student needs and develop tailored learning plans to ensure students achieve their full potential.
  • Sales and Marketing: Assist with sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and successfully enrolling students, to drive centre growth and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with families and communicating student progress, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coach team members to deliver high-quality, individualized instruction in a group setting, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Student Progress: Monitor and manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Customer Relationships and Sales Experience: Previous experience in customer relationships and sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Math Passion: A genuine passion for math and working with students is essential.
  • Continuous Learning: A willingness to learn and be trained on our world-class curriculum and instructional methods is crucial.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Ability to cultivate a positive team culture and balance diverse responsibilities with ease.
