We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team in the US and Canada. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant customer service or client account management experience, preferably in the B2B service environment.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing process support and guidance to the Acquisition Consulting Team.
- Coaching and developing assigned team members.
- Participating as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or leading cross-functional simplification projects.
- Supporting and managing client service issues.
- High School diploma required; BA or BS in business or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant customer service or client account management experience.
