About the Role

Vern's Pizza is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as portion and wrap foods for our customers.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and replenish condiments and other supplies as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
