Pizza Fiamma Operations Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Director to join our team at Pizza Fiamma. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and develop budgets to boost and maintain our restaurant's profits
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure our team is meeting their goals
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure we have the right products at the right time
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
