Job Title: Box Packer

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team at Tap Handles to Go as a Box Packer. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually, checking and weighing materials and products, sorting, packing, and packaging materials and products, and assisting machine operators and other workers.

Work Environment

Our work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to stand for extended periods. You will be working in a noisy environment, and the tasks can be repetitive. However, you will have the opportunity to work in a team and develop your skills and abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually
  • Check and weigh materials and products
  • Sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products
  • Assist machine operators and other workers
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Reliability and initiative
  • Team player with good communication skills
