As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute significantly to the project's success by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire document submittal process, ensuring adherence to project deliverables and timelines.
- Coordinate closely with suppliers to guarantee the timely receipt of required documents.
- Develop and implement effective document management procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of documentation into the project workflow.
- Monitor and report on progress, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Lead by example, mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance document control processes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in document control or a related field, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex documentation projects.
- Expertise in Oracle ERP and Enovia's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tool.
- Familiarity with 10CFR 810 regulation and experience working in a nuclear quality program environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Adaptability, with a willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
