COGIR Immobilier is seeking a part-time daytime resident care assistant to join our team at Les Marronniers private seniors' residence in Lévis.
***Required qualifications include a DEP beneficiary attendant or RAC certificate, or 5000 hours accumulated over the last 5 years in the position of PAB + RCR 16H up to date + PDSB completed.***
This is a 5/14 daytime position with a schedule of 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and one weekend out of 2. The starting salary is $20.46 per hour.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on observations
- Distribute medication in pill organizers and provide some invasive care (as needed and provided you have the necessary training)
- Respond to all emergency situations
- Report any noticeable changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
- Formation of PDSB
- Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
