Master Craftsman for Custom Wood Furniture

As a Master Craftsman for Custom Wood Furniture at Elite Sofa Designs, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, bespoke furniture pieces that exceed our customers' expectations.
About the Role- We are seeking an experienced and skilled craftsman to join our team, with expertise in trim joints, fitting parts and subassemblies together, sanding wooden surfaces, and applying veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
- You will work closely with our design team to bring custom designs to life, ensuring attention to detail and exceptional craftsmanship throughout the entire process.
- Trim Joints and Fit Parts: Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units and reinforce joints.
- Sanding and Finishing: Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products; prepare and apply laminated plastics.
- Veneer and Finish Application: Apply varnish, veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials for projects.
- Repair and Restyling: Repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in custom wood furniture making.
- Excellent craftsmanship skills, including trim joints, sanding, and finishing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
