- Analyze data to identify potential issues and develop solutions to improve payroll processes.
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification and CHRP designation an asset.
- Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in payroll and HR functions, including leadership experience.
